Chamber launches Cost Saving Series of Seminars for Small Businesses

Cork Chamber, in conjunction with BT, has launched a free series of practical and informative briefings, titled The Business Intelligence Series, designed to help small businesses.

Conor Healy, Chief Executive, Cork Chamber said, "This Series has been put together in response to demand from our members. Current economic conditions dictate that we must think smarter about our marketing, sales and ultimately our business strategies. This series will provide small businesses with real "know how" from expert speakers and guarantees that businesses will be seen and heard both online and offline".

The first event took place yesterday evening (Wednesday) with guest speakers Seamus White of Granite Consulting and Don O'Leary from Google Ireland, who provided useful tips on the important topic of "find IT - Getting Customers to your Website".

This series of events will include other 'hot topics' such as tell IT - Getting your Story & PR in the Media, share IT - Is your Business Missing out from Online Networking, sell IT - Boost your Business Sales Cost Effectively and mind IT - Data Protection Obligations and Considerations.
